Every facet of our experience with RS Homes was outstanding. When we decided to build our dream home in Desert Mountain, we interviewed a number of builders and architects. We were so pleased with RS homes and our construction project. It was a challenging build but we got through it together as a team. This testimonial is a tribute to the outstanding house R.S. Homes built for us back in 2011-2013.
We went through a selection process and, upon meeting with Bruce, we liked what we heard from the very beginning of the sales process. RS has a planning process, a quality control process, progress reports, and a great financial reporting process. Bruce, you were just terrific, very down to earth and convincing, but the proof was to be in the pudding. We had never taken on a home build of this magnitude so we were novices. Bruce and the rest of the staff seemed to be a group we could work well with. We did not want to cut corners but we had a design and quality expectation and wanted a builder we could count on to guide us through the process. We understood the RS sales pitch but you don’t know what you are going to get until you live the experience. We, of course, checked some references all of which were positive.
We have been in our home for almost six years now and we have to tell you it was not only a good experience but a great one. RS lived up to and exceeded all of our expectations. So much so that we would go through the process with you all again in a heartbeat. We were and are ecstatic about how our home turned out and thoroughly enjoyed the build process as you made it an enjoyable experience. All of the reporting and financial controls were delivered as advertised. Your subcontractors were fantastic and they knew that RS had quality standard requirements that they were expected to adhere to and, with Joe as the active on-site supervisor for our project, they did a superb job. All of the RS staff were great to work with also. Again, never having taken on a build project of this size we were a little apprehensive but RS helped guide us from start to finish.
Your financial proposal or bid, when finalized in the end , gave us exactly what we wanted. Clearly you do not know at the outset what your materials i.e. stone, roof, windows, appliances, granite, cabinets etc. are going to be but we found that when we went to the various trades to make our selections you had allowed an adequate budget to get exactly what we wanted. We picked all and I mean all of our materials ourselves with your guidance and suggestions which were greatly appreciated. Quite frankly, we never haggled on price but just worked together getting the details correct. RS HOMES hit a home run! Although we were approximately 5% over the original bid you and your reporting process explained and accounted for every cent of it.
We are big believers of “you get what you pay for” and RS delivered over and above. You build a quality home, you look out for interest of your client, and you deliver what you sell.
Throughout the process and especially now, almost six years later, we still value the fact that we made new friends. Again we cannot thank you all enough and we have recommended you to several of our friends.

Over the years, we have built several high end custom homes. The process is never easy, but it definitely is smoother with the right builder. RS Homes is one of the best home builders we have dealt with. Our expectations were extremely high and they delivered 100+%.
Our new home was delivered to us on schedule, on budget and with a punch list that would fit on one page...double spaced! RS Homes (and the strength of Bruce, Joe and Kelli) is committed to quality. They always go the extra step and have a great eye for detail. We never worried about how our house was being built. The specs were tight and ensured a quality house.
We are extremely hands-on. But we really didn't need to be. The RS Team always had our best interests at heart. All of our questions were answered honestly and forthright. No question was too small and we always received a quick and informative response.
